These Terms of Service govern the use of the Prezentacje AI website available at prezentacje-ai.pl (hereinafter: "Service"), operated by Valer Krystian Szozda, NIP: 6912545436 (hereinafter: "Provider"). By using the Service, you accept these Terms of Service.
Service — the Prezentacje AI online platform enabling the creation of presentations using artificial intelligence. User — any person using the Service. Account — an individual User account in the Service, created through registration. Service Features — functionalities offered by the Service, including generating presentations, slides, images, and exports. Plan — a subscription variant (Free, Pro, Premium) defining the scope of available features and limits.
Basic Service features are available without registration (anonymous mode). Full access to features requires creating an account. The User agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
The User agrees to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and good practices. The following is prohibited: — using the Service to create content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights — attempting to bypass technical safeguards or usage limits — sharing account access with third parties — automated use of the Service (bots, scraping) without Provider consent
The Service offers free and paid plans. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Subscriptions renew automatically. Users may cancel at any time — access remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices shown in the Service are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN). The Provider reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
Presentations and content generated by the User through the Service are the property of the User. The Service, its source code, interface, logo, and name are the property of the Provider and are legally protected. The User grants the Provider a non-exclusive license to store and process content uploaded to the Service for the purpose of providing the service.
The Service is provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access or absence of errors. The Provider is not liable for: — content generated by artificial intelligence — service interruptions due to maintenance or outages — damages resulting from use of the Service in violation of these Terms The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 12 months.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of changes through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
